You will be assigned as a Sales Coordinator to sales team that team in charge of selling electric components and semiconductor products.

[Job]
-Coordinate with sales staff and customer
-Follow sales order
-Follow delivery process to customer
-Contact supplier
-Contact warehouse staff
-Send invoice to customer and follow up after send invoice
-Create P.O and quotation
-Other documentations
-Key data to company system
-Other tasks assigned by company

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Must]
-Sales coordinator and forwarder experience at any Japanese trading company for at least 1-2 years (*If you have experience at electric components or semiconductor companies before will be preferred)
-New graduates can apply but people with sales experience will be preferred
-English in intermediate level or above (*You will be making documents and Emails in English)
-Japanese skill is not must requirement but it will be an advantage if you can speak Japanese
