JOB DETAIL

- Develop key account market segments, including B2B, dealers, and partners.
- Ensure overall sales targets and gross profit align with company goals, policies, and plans.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team on budgeting, planning, and demand forecasting.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to introduce new products to customers.
- Partner with customers to launch sales promotions and campaigns.
- Manage and grow key accounts by solving problems, maintaining strong relationships, and driving long-term success.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the international smartphone or related industry
- Able to work under pressure and on weekends
- Proficient in basic computer skills, especially MS Office
- Strong team management skills and effective face-to-face communication
- Good command of Chinese or English is an advantage, but not required
