- Manage existing customer retention and be involved in selective Key Accounts negotiations.
- Control truck returns, truck refurbishment, and idle truck movement to optimize equipment utilization and profitability.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager, Dealer Manager, and Sales Team to manage truck returns and used truck's second life (sale/rental/markets).
- Responsible for truck inventory and fixed asset records.
- Involved in stock replenishment planning, including sourcing of local options.
- Take part in strategic planning, budgeting, and result reviews.
- Work with the Product Marketing Team for the design of marketing and promotion activities.
- Other stakeholders: Service, Finance (et al.).

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Proven experience in operations or related managerial roles.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in logistics, inventory, or fleet management is a plus.
- Good command in English.
