Role Summary
The Sales & Marketing Director will lead TMHWST’s commercial growth strategy in Thailand. This pivotal role will oversee all sales and marketing functions—driving market expansion, forging strategic partnerships, and reinforcing the company’s position as the total warehouse solution provider.

Sales Leadership
• Direct nationwide sales across product lines: new & used forklifts, rentals, automation, parts, service plans, training, logistics solutions, and smart warehouse technologies.
• Set sales targets, pipelines, and forecasts, ensuring consistent performance across regions.
• Collaborate with branch service teams and partners to enhance penetration in SME and industrial sectors

Marketing & Brand Strategy
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies (digital, events, trade shows) to elevate TMHWST’s visibility and differentiation.

Partnership & Business Development
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and technology partners.

Team Management
• Lead, mentor, and expand the sales & marketing team (currently ~26 people).
• Foster a performance-driven and results-oriented culture.

Budget & Forecast Management
• Manage marketing budgets.
• Coordinate business reviews and align forecasts with group performance expectations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or Econ.
- 15+ years of experience as a Business Development or Sales and Marketing in a multinational environment.
- Business level in English.
- Experience from Warehouse and Logistic would be a strong advantage.
