This position is 7 months contract(Temporary Staffing) Accounting Assistant position for the Accounting Division.
*Currently have 4 members in the team

Your task is to support Accounting members

[Job Description]
- Recording Accounts Payable in the accounting system.
- Recording Accounts Receivable, issue an Invoice, a receipt, and a Tax invoice
- Communicating with the customer for necessary information or supporting documents regarding the payment and receipt voucher
- Preparing and control fixed assets and the Depreciation Report.
- To reconcile and record assets and liabilities
- Preparing a VAT report, submit VAT (Por Por 30) and Specific Business Tax(Por.Tor.40) to the Revenue Department
- Communicating with the bank about opening and closing a bank account, Bank charge, Interest income, etc.
- Coordinating with the accounting outsourcing company about payment and receipt
- Managing the related documents, including the documents in the outsourcing storage
- Reporting to Team Leader (Thai), and Japanese Director

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Must]
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in accounting job (AP-accounting payable, AR-accounting receivable)
- Having knowledge and ability to organize work, communicate with colleagues, and manage time to perform tasks as assigned
- Having knowledge of withholding tax and VAT
- Having experience using (Microsoft Office) at a (basic/moderate) level
- Having experience using “Express” accounting software or similar accounting system
- Languages: English Intermediate Level
