JOB DETAIL
Report to Thai Manager
Team Member: Thai Manager & ERP Development Team
Number of User: 30-50 Local Users (Manufacturing Companies)
ERP Module: Finance/Accounting, Inventory / Warehouse Management (WMS), Procurement/Purchasing, Production/Manufacturing (MRP), Human Resources (HRM).
- Provide first and second-line support for ERP customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Offer functional and technical expertise to support customers with implementing, configuring, and maintaining ERP solutions.
- Perform ERP software installations, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT systems.
- Utilize debugging and tracing techniques to locate and fix bugs and problems within applications.
- Deliver technical support and training to ERP end-users.
- Deep knowledge of ERP reporting tools to assist customers in generating reports.
- Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- *Bachelor’s degree in computer Science, computer information system or IT related fields.
- *2 years’ experience in ERP Technical Support i.e. SAP B1.
- *Intermediate level of English.
- Proven knowledge and experience in C#.Net, VB.Net, *SQL Server, *Crystal Report.
- If have knowledge of Linux OS is an advantage.
- *Understanding of key business processes and programming logic (in order to support users efficiently).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Work under pressure of deadlines on multiple assignments.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in teams.
