Report to Japanese Manager

- Support internal users about hardware or software issues.
- Set up wiring LAN cable.
- Cooperate with another IT staffs to support internal users.
- Print out report AS400, (Daily, weekly and monthly).
- Assit in 'Server Backup System', 'Restore file data', 'Change TAP system'.
- Set up PC and android tablet, handheld, mobile, printer.
- Contact vender for supporting issues about hardware and software.
- Monitor status of the internal network, investigate and respond to the root cause of issues and request support from vendors when necessary.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in IT related field.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as IT Support or related position with experience supporting internal users for hardware or software issues.
- Lower Intermediate Level of English.
