At an automotive parts manufacturing company, they are looking for a Project Engineer who will be responsible for managing new product development and renewal projects, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 standards, and meeting customer requirements in terms of quality and schedule.

• Arrange New Project and Renewal development to achieve customer requirement for quality and schedule
• Arrange New Product to achieve Sales/Project Procedure and IATF requirement
• Mold maintenance and analysis
• Mold repair lead time management
• Document control for new Product to achieve IATF16949 and Project document control

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Intermediate level of English.
• 2–3 years of experience in new model development of automotive parts
• Good understanding of IATF 16949 requirements and experience as part of an APQP core team
• Must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience with the injection molding process
• Experience in project management in new parts in automotive.
• Working experience in plastic molding manufacturing is highly preferred
• No job hopper

***This position will be required overtime.***

Advantage:
• Working experience in Japanese company is highly preferred.
