As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new projects manufacturing new automotive parts) from existing c& new clients.

You will be in charge of:
• Quote new RFQ, VA/VE request from customer:
Respond to customer requests for quotation (RFQ) and Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) proposals by preparing cost estimates and pricing for new automotive parts.

• Achieve the individual sales target:
Meet the set sales goals through effective customer management, negotiation, and closing of new business opportunities. (One project typically takes 1-2 year from the enquiry to the delivery.)

• Maintain good relationship with current (and new customers).

• Evaluate customer needs and requirements to offer competitive price:
Understand customer expectations and project requirements in order to propose attractive pricing while maintaining company profitability.

• Maintain necessary information of material, such as price, lead time, etc. in the system:
Update and manage data related to materials (e.g., cost, delivery times) in the internal system for accurate tracking and quoting.

• Work closely with support team to provide customers with presentation and sales proposals on products and details of agreements:
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, planning, etc.) to prepare and deliver presentations, product proposals, and clear agreement terms to customers.

• Visit potential key account customers for generating new business:

• Control and improve about 5S & Small Kaizen, QCC activities, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001:

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Vocational, Diploma, Bachelor in Engineering or related field.
• Intermediate level of English or Japanese
• Preferred to have Sales Experience in automotive parts (new projects) 3-5 years.
• Must be able to read and understand part drawing and specification
• Can use computer, Word, Excel, Power point, 3D data.
• No job hopper
