• Work on various corporate, investment, and commercial matters.
• Understand the client's goal, purpose, and legal needs.
• Identify key legal issues, facts, and any related risks.
• Collect necessary information and documents from the client and related parties.
• Help structure legal strategy, deal plans, or dispute resolution methods.
• Prepare specific work plans and timelines for each case or project.
• Work closely with Thai lawyers to implement the plan.
• Help the team find practical legal solutions to meet the client’s lawful objectives.
• Assign tasks to the right lawyers and follow up on progress.
• Monitor timelines and ensure work is delivered on schedule.
• Clearly explain legal issues and project goals between clients and lawyers.
• Keep the team updated with clear and timely reporting.
• Review the quality of work and help identify any possible legal risks.
• Maintain professionalism to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Help improve DTL’s legal service quality, work standards, and knowledge-sharing..

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Law degree is required (Bachelor of Laws or equivalent).
• Chinese native speaker or fluent in Chinese is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in legal practice, project management, or similar roles.
• Good understanding of legal processes and business transactions.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex legal matters clearly.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Able to lead and coordinate across different teams and departments.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused.
• Good command of English is preferred.
