JOB DETAIL

• Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products
• Establishing new client 20%, and maintaining existing 80%, relationships with customers [Residential]
• Travelling to visit potential clients
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
• Making support document such as diagram, Layout plan.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Achieve sales targets of company products & services within assigned industry/ account and
outcomes within schedule
• Manage sales target and reporting sales information, resolving problems.
• Report back on sales progress, feedback and attainment of goals.
• Negotiating prices, costs, deliveries and specifications with buyers and managers

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Engineer
• 1-2 years in Sales and knowledge in Solar/Electrical will be advantage
• very detail oriented, proactive, and have good quantitative skills
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good command of computer literacy i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point, etc.
