JOB DETAIL

As a Sales Manager , you will play a role in driving business growth and client satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will involve holding target for publisher department, managing client relationships, leading strategic planning initiatives, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional work.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Mentor and develop a team of seven staff members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback in planning scope of work.
- Liaise with Sales Manager on target achievement

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve their full potential.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and implement effective client communication strategies to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Strategic Planning:
- Lead the development and execution of strategic media plans that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify target audiences and media opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of creative, production, and media buying efforts.

Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, actively seeking out potential clients and pitching innovative solutions.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.

Financial Management:
- Monitor team budgets and ensure they are managed efficiently.
- Analyze financial performance data to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Knowledge in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience as sales
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of the media landscape, including traditional and digital channels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in media planning tools and software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
