JOB DETAIL

• Identify and approach new and potential customers for air freight and forwarding services
• Lead and support sales activities, focusing on air freight
• Build and maintain relationships with both global and local clients
• Serve as the main communication bridge between Korean HQ/management and Thai/local teams
• Coordinate with overseas agents, internal teams, and clients to ensure smooth operations
• Analyze sales performance and report to regional HQ
• Support strategic sales planning and implementation in Thailand

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related field
• 7–10 years of sales experience in logistics or freight forwarding (air freight preferred)
• Good command of English and Thai (Thai preferred; will consider Korean + English if Thai is not fluent)
• Proactive, hardworking, and capable of working under pressure
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Must be currently based in Thailand or willing to relocate
• Positive attitude with strong sales-hunting ability
• No job-hoppers – candidates should have spent at least 3–5 years at each previous employer
• NOTE: Please focus on Korean candidates who can communicate in Thai. Candidates with sales experience from other industries will also be considered
