Team of 4 members: Thai Manager + 2 Sr. Sales & Service + 1 Sales & Service.
Products: ฟิล์มและเทปสำหรับงานอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (เช่น เซมิคอนดักเตอร์ และ LCD) & Machine

MAIN JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Service Engineering Task 90%
Sales Engineering Task 10%
- Provide product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information to customers.
- Serve customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
- Identify current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.
- Prepare official quotation or cost estimates for equipment, spare part, modification, and engineering service for customer.
- Provide after sales and service support to customer.
- Coordinate with Sales/Admin team on spare part/machine claim, purchase order matters, quality related issues and any additional information needed by customer.
- Assists Sales on customer to evaluate/qualify the demo machine base on their requirement.
- Comply statistics and prepare various reports for management as needed or requested.

ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES:
- Provide support, knowledge in guidance of new staff in company including organize machine training program to internal staff.
- Create engineering related work processes to improve company's operation efficiency.
- Manage company's engineering tool asset in the company

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering field
- At least 2 years of work experience in semiconductor or electronics industry as service engineer (Machine installation, service, modification)
- Lower Intermediate Level of English (If able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage - in order to communicate with HQ engineers).
- Knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Required personal car and driver's license (Car maintenance and travel allowance will be provided)
NOTE:
-Hire by Singapore Head Quarter
-Flexible work hours (mainly Work From Home and at Customer's site (semiconductor plants, outside Bangkok mainly Bangna area) servicing machines
-Communicate internally via email, WhatsApp and MS Teams.
