- Build, maintain, and enhance strong relationships with customers to promote long-term business partnerships and brand loyalty.
- Identify key accounts and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of existing and prospective customers.
- Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Plan and organize weekly customer visit itineraries and report schedules in advance to the Sales Manager.
- Conduct market surveys to gather product-related insights and communicate market requirements to the management team.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide regular, detailed reports on trends and developments.
- Address and resolve customer issues related to products, deliveries, documentation, and general service concerns.
- Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and delivery notes in a timely and professional manner.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related).
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in graphite products or related industries.
- English proficiency at an intermediate level or above (both written and spoken).
- Proven ability to both acquire new clients and manage existing customer relationships effectively.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a personal vehicle for client visits and travel.
