■Purpose
According to the company's strategic planning, assist in formulating and implementing the division's human resources plan, assist the human resources cooperation manager in building the division's human resources system, maximize the development and utilization of human resources, and provide human resources guarantee for achieving the company's business development strategic goals

・Human resource planning, analysis and optimization
・Employee Relationship Management
・Salary calculation & Analyzation
・Talent cultivation
・Work-related injuries(Occasional)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■MUST HAVE
・5+ years working experience as HR
・Ever work at Manufacturing Company
・Ever work as Senior level, supervisor level or upper
・Familiar with labor law, human resource management laws and regulations
・English Intermediate level

■BETTER TO HAVE
・Ever experienced whole HR functions, both HRM/HRD

■Optional
・Can work 6Days/Week(Candidate can choose work Mon-Fri, or Mon-Sat)
*Factory operates from Monday - Saturday
