- Maintain existing customer accounts, including following up on PO, forecasts, and other relevant information.
- Coordinate and provide information to customers and internal teams, such as pricing and required documentation.
- Prepare documents such as quotations, drawings, and PCR-related files.
- Follow up, update, and conduct surveys to present customer information.
- Study and monitor new customer projects regularly.
- Introduce and present unfamiliar products to customers.
- Prepare presentation materials for new proposals to customers.
- Ensure operations are carried out as agreed.
- Coordinate with internal teams and sales coordinators.
- Comply with ISO 9001:2015 standards, such as document control and systematic work procedures.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in any field (experience in related fields is a plus).
- At least 2 years of Sales (Prefer industry experience in a trading firm or manufacturing)
- Intermediate Level of English.
- Must have own car and driving license.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer programs.
