Plan and manage company cash flow on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure liquidity and efficient fund utilization.

Prepare and maintain forcash forecasts and provide regular updates to senior management.

Schedule and prioritize payment plans based on financial status and budget availability.

Review and verify payment documents including invoices, purchase orders, and goods receipts.

Negotiate and coordinate payment terms with suppliers to optimize payment cycles.

Process payments through various channels including online banking, cheques, and cash.

Reconcile bank accounts and monitor account balances to ensure sufficient funds for payment cycles.

Collaborate with banks for day-to-day transactions, banking services, and any related inquiries.

Prepare AP Aging Reports and monthly payment summaries for internal reporting.

Ensure that all payments are made in accordance with internal controls and approved budgets.

Coordinate with the purchasing department to confirm procurement details and resolve any discrepancies.

Support month-end closing activities by coordinating with the accounting team.

Assist in audit processes by preparing relevant documents and reports for internal and external auditors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.) Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2.) At least 3–5 years of experience in finance or related areas.

3.) Demonstrated experience in:
- Cash flow and forcash forecasting
- Payment scheduling and prioritization
- Bank account reconciliation and cash management
- Direct communication and coordination with suppliers and banks

4.) If have skills in using finance/accounting software, such as: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, PEAK (or similar accounting platforms for SME)

5.) Strong skills in preparing and analyzing AP Aging Reports to minimize financial risks.

6.) Detail-oriented, honest, and accurate.

7.) Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

8.) Positive attitude with strong coordination and communication skills.
