JOB DETAIL

• Checking the production process according to the schedule.
• Manage personnel planning and costs, including overtime and shifts, according to production volume.
• Responsible for coaching, training and retaining or initiate training of employees with production.
• Cooperate and coordinate with other departments to meet corporate goals.
• Make plans to improve productivity and control costs direction and manage staff to achieve the above.
• Report the daily, weekly, monthly progress to GM in English.
• Troubleshooting.
• Responsible for performance management report.
• Ensure development of report and ensuring teams are following policies and procedures related to employee and safety and environmental compliance.
• Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields.
• More than 7 years of working experience in the Chemical or Petrochemical Industry, with at least 3 years of experience working in management level.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD reading.
• Knowledge of ISO9001, 14001, 18001 will be given special consideration.
• Able to drive a car, and have a driver's license.
• Good command of English is required
