- Set up and implement HR systems and processes
- Develop and execute a performance evaluation system
- Support performance evaluation interviews with the Managing Director
- Manage attendance, working hours, and OT tracking for blue-collar staff on-site
- Coordinate with external payroll service provider (in-house calculation not required)
- Prepare necessary payroll documents and ensure smooth communication
- Act as the main HR contact point for both internal and external matters

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
-Experience in HR generalist or HR development roles
-Strong coordination and system setup skills
-Ability to communicate in English and
-Japanese MD communicates in English, but Japanese communication is a strong advantage
-Experience handling blue-collar workforce is a plus
