JOB DETAIL
- Provide support to the sales team to help achieve their objectives.
- Coordinate with projects, the sales team, clients, government agencies, and various partners.
- Handle any immediate problems that may arise.
- Plan, follow up, monitor, and prepare reports.
- Record and maintain a database of clients, projects, or other work-related information.
- Prepare post-sales documents, ownership transfer papers, and assist customers through related processes.
- Prepare various contract documents.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree (field of study not specified)
- Work experience such as an Admin, Sales Support, or Customer Support in any industry at least 1-2years～.
- Able to communicate in English and Japanese at least N3
- Experience in real estate will be an advantage
- Proficient in basic computer programs (MS Office, etc.)
- Responsible and able to carry out assigned tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and thorough
- Able to work well under pressure
- Strong coordination skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good problem-solving skills
- Able to start work immediately would be appreciated
