JOB DETAIL

The Programmatic Ad Sales Manager is responsible for accelerating revenue growth through innovative, data-driven programmatic advertising solutions. This role will lead the development of sales strategies, pricing models, and go-to-market initiatives, while managing key client relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the programmatic ecosystem, hands-on experience with demand-side platforms (DSPs), and a strong track record in sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
● Develop and execute strategies to upsell and cross-sell programmatic media solutions, driving incremental revenue.
● Collaborate with account and planning teams to identify new opportunities aligned with client objectives.
● Lead the development of tailored programmatic packages based on inventory availability, audience insights, and pricing dynamics.
● Partner with internal stakeholders to design media plans and proposals that support overall business growth.
● Actively pitch programmatic solutions to clients and educate them on the value of data-driven advertising.

2. Programmatic Pricing & Packaging
● Create competitive and profitable pricing models and rate cards for various programmatic offerings.
● Collaborate with the trading team to assess inventory costs, bid strategies, and market trends.
● Design bundled packages that integrate premium inventory, audience segments, creative formats, and advanced targeting capabilities.

3. Sales Enablement & Marketing Support
● Develop compelling sales decks, presentations, and case studies that highlight programmatic success stories and campaign impact.
● Work closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment between sales materials and brand messaging.
● Provide ongoing updates to sales teams and clients on new product offerings, platform enhancements, and industry trends.

4. Campaign Monitoring & Performance Optimization
● Oversee live campaigns to ensure proper execution, pacing, and KPI delivery.
● Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend strategic optimizations.
● Collaborate with trading and ad operations teams to troubleshoot ad delivery issues and performance bottlenecks.
● Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, viewability, conversion rates) and deliver actionable insights.

5. Client & Stakeholder Management
● Act as the primary point of contact for programmatic sales initiatives.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, DSPs, SSPs, data partners, and other ad tech vendors.
● Lead training sessions and workshops to promote internal and client understanding of programmatic media strategies and tools.

6. Innovation & Industry Leadership
● Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, IAB guidelines).
● Stay ahead of trends in programmatic advertising, platform innovations, and market shifts.
● Evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, and audience targeting solutions to enhance the company’s programmatic offering.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

● 3-5+ years of experience in programmatic media sales, pricing strategy, or ad operations.
● Effectively bilingual in Thai and English.
● Proven track record in Programmatic sales.
● Proven ability to develop programmatic pricing models and media packages.
● Strong skills in creating sales decks, proposals, and marketing materials.
● Hands-on experience with DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Vistar, Hivestack), ad servers (DCM), and analytics tools (e.g. DoubleVerfiy, Adsquare, IAS)
● Excellent client-facing communication skills, with experience in leading presentations and sales pitches.
● Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to optimize campaigns and identify revenue opportunities.
● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
● Passion for driving innovation in programmatic advertising and staying updated on industry trends.
