- Develop Hand Tools Business, Distribution strategy, and growth objectives including, but not limited to: New Distribution Partner Targets, New Product Commercialization, Sales Budget, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, and Promotional Planning.
- Ensure and foster cross department collaboration with Brand Marketing, Sales, JSS, Service, Supply Chain, and global marketing teams.
- Conduct field market & Competitive research for target professional trade users and applications to suggest new product opportunities, position products in market, and opportunities for distribution partner opportunities.
- Develop a commercial strategy for the Hand Tool business including: market & product research, competitive analysis, price positioning, forecasting, product messaging, Merchandising assets, marketing asset development, sales training, and after launch support.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as necessary.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.
- 1 years of experience in Product Management of a relevant Hand Tool Supplier or Manufacturer.
- Deep market knowledge of the hand tools sector and the Thailand distribution landscape.
- Strong communication, leadership, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving and relationship building skills.
- Practical minded with a technical/ mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and apply new product or technical knowledge.
- Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally within the tools or construction industry.
- Computer literacy e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams etc.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
