Number of Subordinate: 9 (Technicians ประกอบและติดตั้ง)
Report Directly to Japanese Manager

- Design, draft, and develop machine to use in production processes.
ออกแบบ เขียนแบบ และพัฒนาเครื่องจักรสำหรับกระบวนการผลิต
- Analyze and effectively resolve issues arising in machinery operations.
วิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นกับเครื่องจักรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- Plan improvement and development of machinery, coordinate with both internal and external departments to ensure projects proceeded according to schedule.
-วางแผนการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาเครื่องจักร พร้อมทั้งประสานงานกับหน่วยงานทั้งภายในและภายนอก วางแผนงานให้โครงการดำเนินไปตามแผนงานที่กำหนด
- Plan and monitor the progress of engineering-related projects.
วางแผนและติดตามความคืบหน้าของโครงการทางด้านวิศวกรรม
- Prepare documentation, maintain records, and summarize data related to claims, as well as manage and inspect various control processes
จัดทำเอกสาร บันทึก และสรุปข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเคลม รวมถึงการควบคุมและตรวจสอบต่าง ๆ
- Supervise and manage technicians, ensuring compliance with company regulations, while promoting skill development to enhance work efficiency and job performance
ควบคุมดูแลพนักงานช่างเทคนิค (Technicians) ให้ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบของบริษัท พร้อมทั้งส่งเสริมและ พัฒนาทักษะความสามารถให้ เหมาะสมกับหน้าที่เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานสูงสุด

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree from mechanical engineering field.
- More than 5 years as of work experience in design engineering of machinery using AutoCAD/SolidWorks.
- Proven experience and ability in installation and inspection to gather information for design purposes.
- Able to analyze and effectively resolve immediate or unexpected problems.
- Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to adapt effectively to various situations.
- Lower intermediate level of English.
- Able to work 2 Saturdays/month (1st and 3rd Saturdays of every month) with work hours Mon. - Fri. 7.30-16.30
