JOB DETAIL

- Design, develop, and implement electrical systems for automation machinery
- Create and modify PLC programs and control logic for automated equipment
- Collaborate with mechanical design engineers to integrate systems
- Troubleshoot, test, and optimize existing electrical systems
- Support setup and commissioning of systems both locally and overseas
- Communicate effectively with the Japanese GM via email and meetings
- Participate in departmental setup and strategy development for the new electrical division
- Prepare documentation and technical reports for internal and client use
- Work at overseas sites for periods of 1–3 months as required

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in electrical design and PLC programming (not open to fresh graduates)
- Experience with automation systems is a strong advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; Japanese proficiency is an advantage
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel abroad for training and projects (e.g., Japan)
