JOB DETAIL

• Oversee production schedules, output, and resource planning
• Ensure product quality meets internal and customer standards
• Lead and coach production teams to achieve performance targets
• Implement Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement practices
• Monitor KPIs and report to management
• Enforce safety, health, and environmental compliance
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Supply Chain teams

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors in Engineering or related field
• 5–7 years in manufacturing; PCB or electronics experience preferred
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of Lean, ISO standards, and production systems
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems
• Intermediate level of English
