• Create annual PR plan to align with marketing and communication objectives.
• Build and maintain good relationships with all medias, KOLs and partners.
• Develop partnership, sponsorship programs to promote the brand and expand to new target consumer.
• Oversee the company website and update new information data.
• Create, monitor and advertise content on social media (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok).
• Plan and execute CSR campaigns to align with company’s direction
• Oversee all artwork designs (packaging, print, social media, press release, event material etc.) to ensure alignment with brand identity.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication Arts, Journalism or related fields.
• 8 years of working experience in the marketing field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Corporate PR, Public Relations or Corporate Branding.
• Experience in FMCG business will be advantaged.
• Strong management skills in communication, copywriting, digital proficiency, content creation and storytelling, crisis management, positive attitude, result-orientation and good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Good command of English and computer literate.
