JOB DETAIL

- Responsible for implementing the post-sales technical support in relation to Machine Tools, including installation, repair, and maintenance, for both preventative and corrective maintenance, in accordance with the Company’s Policy & Operating Standards.
- Perform all troubleshooting with clients with the objective of ensuring proper quality service delivery is provided to the clients.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field, etc.
- At least 1 years of experience as a CNC Service Engineer or similar role.
- English is Intermediate Level.
- Understanding CNC machinery mechanics and electrical systems (Fanuc control for electric support )
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and electrical diagrams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Flexibility for overseas and upcountry traveling / Open for weekend working in special cases.
- Have own car and driving license
