• Control and oversee printing tasks according to job orders, with dedication and a commitment to developing high-quality printed materials.
• Operate and manage the gravure printing machine according to the production plan, ensuring both efficiency and compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare reports on production output, waste, and any problems or obstacles encountered during machine operations.
• Conduct process improvement initiatives, cost-saving activities, and productivity enhancements.
• Communicate improvement progress and results to other departments.
• Reduce production losses and resolve operational issues.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Good command of English
