JOB DETAIL

• Plan and control production to align with set plans and achieve the defined targets.
• Prepare customer sales forecasts received from the Sales Department.
• Create production plans based on customers' purchase forecasts.
• Coordinate production planning based on the production schedule; monitor, review, and adjust plans as needed.
• Monitor and verify the quantity of packaging materials and raw materials to ensure sufficient supply.
• Gather data for production planning analysis and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure production planning meets the set goals.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong planning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Good team player and able to work under pressure
• Prior experience in production planning is an advantage
• Proficient in English communication
