JOB DETAIL

■Start from Support tasks (Sales support, training implementation support)
- Accompanied by Japanese or Thai consultants, visit clients
- Building relationships and making appointments with clients' Thai HR representatives
- Support implementation of sales events and training
*Customer acquisition is centered on
(1) Attracting customers at events
(2) From existing customer lists
*Sometimes need to visit client around Chonburi, Rayong and Ayutthaya area etc (Occasional)
*Normally no need to approach to clint from the start, from Zero

■Mid-term: Above tasks + Sales, Consulting tasks (proposal preparation, etc.)

■Long-term: Content creation, speaking engagements as lecturers if possible

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■MUST HAVE
・Japanese Intermediate level (N3 or above)
・3+ year working experience as Solution Sales or Consultant in any field

■Better To Have
・Ever work as HR Consultant
・Ever promote an Order-made Solution
・Graduated from Top-Ranked University
・Ever work or study in Japan
