JOB DETAIL
• Managing and overseeing all HR and GA functions.
• Handle Full-loop Payroll process including overtime, commission calculation and prepare reports timely: Personal Tax, Social security, Provident fund, Education loan department etc.
• Develops and implements recruiting and screening systems and procedures in order to attract most qualified candidates for position vacancies.
• Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with Thai labor regulations and company standards.
• Prepare employee related report e.g., headcount report, salary report, attendance report, employee profile, etc.
• Being a contact person on any issues relating employee’s database in HR system.
• Handle on visa& work permit for foreign employees.
• Arrange company activities such as company trip.
• Handle office management such as ordering supplies, handling maintenance requests and equipment, arranging regular meetings, taking minutes.
• Other tasks as assigned.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least more than 5 years’ experience in HR Functions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Good command in English.
