1.) Lead the R&D team in developing robotic solutions for advanced manufacturing, with a focus on precision, quality, and scalability
2.) Define and manage robotic innovation roadmaps aligned with business and product strategies
3.) Supervise the design, prototyping, programming, and testing of robotic systems and automation cells
4.) Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge robotics, vision systems, sensors, and AI technologies
5.) Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, production, and quality teams to translate technical challenges into robotic solutions
6.) Ensure all robotic applications comply with industry safety, compliance, and performance standards
7.) Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
8.) Build strategic partnerships with universities, startups, or technology providers
9.) Mentor and grow a multidisciplinary R&D team focused on robotics and automation
10.) Drive continuous improvement, knowledge-sharing, and technical excellence within the team

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.) Bachelor's Master’s or PhD in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
2.) Minimum 7–10 years of experience in robotics and automation, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
3.) Strong background in robotic system integration, programming (e.g., KUKA, ABB, Fanuc, UR), and prototyping
4.) Deep understanding of automation in high-precision or high-value product environments (e.g., watchmaking, medtech, aerospace, electronics)
5.) Familiarity with CAD, CAM, simulation tools, and PLC/vision integration
6.) Proven experience in managing complex R&D projects from concept to implementation
7.) Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in luxury product manufacturing (watches, jewelry, or fine mechanics)
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0, AI for robotics, and smart manufacturing ecosystems
• Track record of patents, publications, or successful tech transfers to production
• Thai – English or only English
