JOB DETAIL

1. Finance
• Petty Cash Control
• Update exchange rates
• Check bank-related receivables
• Prepare billing Notes / monthly statements for balance confirmation

2.Accounting
• General Ledger (GL) booking
• Fixed assets management
• Post invoices in Mac 5 system
• Book receiving (RV) / accounts payable (AP) vouchers
• Booking withholding tax, VAT, etc

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Must have bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or analytics.
- Intermediate level of English (all the email, documents, systems used are in English)
- Must have more than 3 years of accounting experience.
- No job hopper
