JOB DETAIL

1.) Monitor and Analyze sales forecast with automotive market situation to reach the target.
2.) Follow up /prepare/monitor customer forecast every month and meeting with Planning team.
3.) Manage and monitor Inventory for customers.
4.) Manage Cost/ Price and market Analysis.
5.) Set up price and prepare quotation for customers.
6.) Setup Annual Sales Budget
7.) Visit and meeting customer both Thailand (Bangkok and upcountry) and Oversea.
8.) Problem solving and support customer complaint.
9.) Expand New business and maintain current customer.
10.) Enhancing ISO System, customer complain and customer satisfaction.
11.) Manage own job plan Daily/Weekly/Monthly on time.
12.) Knowledge and experience of Import-Export procedure and incoterm.
13.) Understand PO/PR/Debit note/Credit note/shipping document/COA
14.) Analyze and Monitor Customer Credit and Payment term.
15.) Develop new project in Thailand and oversea.
16.) Prepare monthly sales report.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.) Bachelor’s degree or above in any related field. (Chemical, Polymers, Supply chain and Business administration will be an Advantage)
2.) If you have experience in the Automotive business is an Advantage.
3.) Experiences in Sales and Marketing functions : Officer level : 2-5 years & Supervisor level: 6-8 years
4.) Good attitude, interpersonal skill teamwork and can work under high pressure.
5.) Enthusiastic to gather new knowledge and Interpersonal skill in working with people
6.) If have Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and TS/IATF 16949 is preferable.
7.) Good in Microsoft Program, Especially in Excel, Pivot, Power point, Outlook, V look up etc.
8.) Good Command of English (Speaking, Writing, and listening &TOEIC: At least 650 Scores)
9.) Persevere in doing multiple jobs- Optimistic/Positive thinking
