- Identify sales opportunities through market research and customer need analysis.
- Develop and present tailored proposals to match OEM requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to highlight product benefits.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with OEM decision-makers.
- Act as main contact, ensuring clear communication and prompt responses.
- Hold regular follow-ups to gather feedback and strengthen partnerships.
- Lead pricing and contract negotiations, ensuring profitability and compliance.
- Analyze competitors and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
- Oversee contract documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Align sales plans with production capabilities and schedules.
- Track sales performance and report on revenue, market share, and feedback.
- Use data to improve strategies and present insights to senior management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related fields (Engineering background preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive or OEM sales, especially in new model/product launches
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and OEM market dynamics
- Excellent negotiation, customer relationship management, and strategic sales planning skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to explain technical details to diverse audiences
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Able to collaborate effectively across departments with a customer-focused, results-driven mindset
