ERP Implementation – Accounting & Finance Lead
- Act as the key point of contact between the ERP project team and the site’s finance and accounting function.
- Drive the design, testing, validation, and implementation of accounting, finance, and reporting modules within the new ERP system.
- Ensure alignment with Group requirements and compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial processes across departments.
- Lead training sessions and provide end-user support for the accounting and finance team.
Cost Control & Financial Reporting (Post-Implementation)
- Set up, implement, and manage cost control systems and procedures in the new ERP environment.
- Monitor production and operational costs, conduct variance analyses, and propose corrective actions.
- Develop monthly and quarterly financial reports and forecasts to support local and Group-level decision-making.
- Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure accurate product costing and budget tracking.
- Ensure inventory levels are controlled and that group procedures for capital expenditure (capex) spending are adhered to.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, ideally with exposure to ERP implementation (IFS, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, financial control, and reporting.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
- Project management mindset, hands-on, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across functions and cultures.
- Fluent in both Thai and English, with proficiency in written and spoken language.
