Basic function :
1 Review bare Ok2S of NPI items, issue Assy OK2B and Assy OK2S
2 Conduct new product qualification, summarize report and submit for customer approval
3 Coordinate and follow up with other sections related new product issue and improvement
4 Conduct statistical and analysis data related new product issue and improvement
5 Conduct evaluation and collect data, report as customer requirement
6 Response to ensure products quality are meet customer requirement
7 Analyze quality result to improve any deviation of quality control
8 Lead of problem solving of product quality both internal and customer find out
9 Window of customer contract for product quality
10 Support NPI activities to meet department target.

Duties and Responsibility :
1 Review bare Ok2S, issue assy OK2B and assy Ok2S, postmortem report, MIL wiithin due date.
2 Analysis and cooperation to improve low Cpk item in OK2S report, quality issue that customer mentions.
3 Issue documents such as deviaiton in Ok2S report.
4 Summary postmortem report, organize to set postmortem meeting and follow up postmortem MIL.
5 Organize to set internal pre-audit with assy line qualificaiton, set assy line qualification
and line qualification for bare.
6 Organize to set meeting and follow up for customer require issue that concern NPI.
7 Training new engineer for NPI operation.
8 Responsible to the duty of Safety Officer in supervisory level as defined in safety laws.
9 Support quality (ISO 9001) and environment (ISO-14001) system combine with (ISO-45001)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in any field or promoted person with term in grade at least as company requirement.
- More than 3-5 years experience In NPI (New product introduction)
- If have experience in new product management / new project handling, statistical analysis program (Minitab, JMP) or able to write VBA will consider specially.
- Experience in PCB or FPC process will get special consideration.
- Good command in English
- Good relationship and good collaboration.
