・Manage operation of the recruitment and selection system
・Labor Relations Management
・Human resource development and training work
・Manage under the company's quality management system, laws and policies
・Manage GA dept work as well

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・7+ year working experience about HR
・Ever manage subordinates, Ever work as Assistant Manager level or above
・Knowledge about Labour management *Important
・Ever Negotiate with Labour Union
・English Intermediate level
・Drive own car to commute to office
(Occasional drive themselves to Visit internal factory)
