JOB DETAIL

- Back office or sales support for spare parts functions of packaging and related machines such as issuing Sales Quotation, Sales Order, Sales Invoice, Purchase Order, coordination with Service Engineer.
- Responsible in checking inventory level before spare parts procurement to manage stock level.
- Coordinate with the customers for sales quotation, delivery goods on timely manner.
- Coordinate with manager for other paperworks if required.
- Issue invoice for sales of goods to customers and arrange all required documents to complete sales processes.
- Coordinate with sales and service in case the customer needs assistance on product issues.
- Prepare and submit regular reports and correspondence as needed on time for management decision.
- Handles other tasks that may be assigned by managers as the need arises.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Education at least Vocational certificate in Accounting, Business Admin or relating fields.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales support filed. (sales support spare parts is preferred. Especially in machine business)
- Good command of both spoken and written English. TOEIC at least 450 scores.
- Good command MS Office, Excel and Word format.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities, workflow and multitask.
- Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
- Ability to team and collaborate with others.
