Report to Manager

1. Educate customers to use company services, and products and promote related campaigns to customers through visitation and other channels (Tel, E-mail)
2. Be the contact person for allocated customers, solve the barrier during the purchasing process both inbound and outbound, including customer system operation if necessary
3. Coordinate with the product team to fulfill customer requests in terms of lead time, price, product info, etc.
4. Research the movements of customers, markets, and competitors and consider an action plan to expand market and market share among the assigned customer groups.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor's degree with 2 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Engineer or other related field
2. Good command of Chinese languages (Mandarin) in native level.
3. Have good communication skills such as voice and emotion management, good interpersonal skill
4. Have a service mind
5. Have responsibility
6. Have knowledge and/or experience with industrial products, industrial customers
7. Can write and read English for internal communication and reporting
