1. Digital Strategy Development:
○ Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive digital adoption strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and enhances manufacturing processes.
2. Technology Implementation:
○ Lead the deployment of digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
○ Evaluate and select appropriate technologies that meet the specific needs of the manufacturing environment.
○ Leverage expertise in SAP (Advanced) to support system implementation and optimization.
3. Training and Support:
○ Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on new digital tools and processes.
○ Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth adoption and address any challenges that arise.
○ Utilize Microsoft Excel (Intermediate) for data management, reporting, and analysis to support digital initiatives.
4. Data-Driven Decision Making:
○ Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of digital adoption initiatives.
○ Analyze Big Data (Intermediate) to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimizing digital processes.
5. Continuous Improvement:
○ Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital technologies to drive continuous improvement.
○ Enhance IT Outsourcing (Beginner) and Computer Science (Beginner) knowledge to support IT-related tasks and vendor management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Education & Experience:
○ Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
○ Proven experience in digital transformation or technology implementation within a manufacturing setting.
2. Technical Competencies:
○ SAP (Advanced) – Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems.
○ Big Data (Intermediate) – Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets to drive digital initiatives.
○ Microsoft Excel (Intermediate) – Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and process automation.
○ Computer Science (Beginner) – Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and software development.
○ IT Outsourcing (Beginner) – Awareness of outsourcing best practices and vendor management.
3. Soft Skills:
○ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide training and support.
○ Ability to identify opportunities for digital enhancement within manufacturing processes.
