JOB DETAIL

Responsible for managing(building) QC/QA function for the company , including
establishment of company`s quality control rules, and condcuting factory audits.
Also will be responsible to corporate with Sales Department and Procurement Department
for managing the risk in each business DMC is involved.


1. Management of the Quality Assurance Office.
2.Controling risk in the point of QA/QC among all DMC`s business activities.
3. Promote understanding and dissemination about QA/QC among all staffs.
4. Responsible for OEM business projects on QA/QC point of view

1. Defining quality standards and controling process (including rule) in DMC business.
2. Documentation and standardization of procedures needed for qualtiy assurance,
uncluding factory audit procedure.
3. Review and improvement of 1. and 2.
4. Training and educating DMC staffs

1. Implement Factory Audit to supplier and customer.
2. Analyze issues which occurred or based on audit result and conduct correct actions.
3. Effectiveness test for QA procedures.

1. Update latest information about Thailand`s FDA standard
2. Update foreign country`s food regulation which DMC has business with
3. Nurture QC/QA staff in DMC to have the office a stable and effective function.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Highly experienced in Food Industry(both Manufacture and Retailor is better)
2. Highly experienced for Quality Control and Quality Assurance duties
3. Has experience working in foreign countries.
4. Management of Quality Assurance Office and authority for decisions made in the office
5. Independent decision from the Sales Division
6. Skill for quality control duties in food factory.
7. Capability to construct quality assurance system and quality control rules
8. Factory audit skill
9. English communication skills (business use)
