Warehouse and Distribution Management:
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, inventory management, and timely delivery of goods.
• Optimize warehouse processes and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop warehouse teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics operations with business goals.
Bidding and Contractual Logistics (CL) Management:
• Develop and implement bidding strategies for logistics and transportation services, ensuring competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Manage the entire bidding process, including RFP (Request for Proposal) preparation, proposal evaluation, and contract negotiation.
• Administer logistics and transportation contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Analyze costs and performance of logistics service providers to identify costsaving and service improvement opportunities.
• Oversee the creation of KPI's related to bidding and contractual work to ensure measurable results.
• Build strong relationships with external service providers to foster long-term partnerships.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10+ years of experience in warehouse management, with a minimum of 5+ years in a senior managerial role.
• Fluent in English (writing, speaking, and leading) at a business level.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, order management, and distribution processes.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize warehouse operations and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in warehouse and distribution management.
• Experience in lean warehousing and operating warehouse equipment.
