JOB DETAIL
・Provide customer support and troubleshooting of our products
・Learn new application features/add-ons and test related to the products
・Present and train on product features
・Gather requirements from customers
・Perform Fit & Gap analysis
・Design and develop customizations for the package
・Implement the package
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
■MUST HAVE
・At least 1 year working experience as System Analyst or System Engineer or System Architect
・Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java
・Knowledge of Databases
・English Intermediate level
■BETTER TO HAVE
・Familiar with Production Management system
・Ever support for manufacturing companies
・Experience of Product support, customer support
・Experience of system development
・Ability to conduct presentation
