- Manage, select, and provide services for orders and purchasing of products, materials, and services in response to purchasing requests (for both domestic and overseas).
- Coordinate with suppliers to discuss product details, pricing, and other relevant conditions (for both domestic and overseas).
- Prepare and send purchase orders (Purchase Order) to suppliers (for both domestic and overseas).
- Manage and maintain detailed records of purchase orders (for both domestic and overseas).
- Verify and inspect delivered products for completeness — quantity and quality (for domestic). Verify Proforma Invoices from suppliers to ensure accuracy before confirming purchase orders (for overseas).
- Ensure product deliveries align with specified timelines and requirements (for both domestic and overseas).
- Coordinate with relevant teams regarding supplier product quality issues (for both domestic and overseas).
- Monitor, record, and follow up on product deliveries (for both domestic and overseas).
- Maintain inventory records (for both domestic and overseas).
- Manage Filing & Scan tasks (for overseas).
- Manage the server (for domestic).
- Support or participate in other related activities as needed (for both domestic and overseas).
- Prepare monthly purchasing reports (for both domestic and overseas).

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Ability to send emails in English and communicate in English with Japanese colleagues
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience in purchasing raw materials, both domestically and internationally, is an advantage
Able to work at the factory and travel to the Asoke branch 1-2 times per week
