JOB DETAIL
- Design and implement effective brand strategies that align with the company’s mission, vision, and long-term objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to plan, execute, and evaluate brand campaigns and promotional activities.
- Lead consumer learning to understand pain points, satisfaction, and unmet needs, as well as conduct brand mapping.
- Oversee total project management of new product launches from end to end, including R&D, merchandising, product supply, and more.
- Develop an annual marketing plan, including portfolio, positioning, product, pricing, placement, and promotion, along with all marketing activities both offline and online.
- Oversee the branding budget, ensuring that all initiatives are cost-effective and deliver maximum value.
- Own the brand P&L.
- Lead cross-functional teams and teammates to deliver as planned.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in brand management and marketing, with at least 5 years at the management level.
- A mix of experience in FMCG and International Fashion will be an advantage.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media platforms, and e-commerce, with a solid understanding of online branding and digital campaigns.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proactive with a can-do attitude.
- Fluency in both Thai and Business English.
- Strong presentation skills.
