- Marketing & Business Development
• Develop and execute annual marketing objectives and strategies.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients while seeking new leads & accounts.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for project opportunities.

- Event & Exhibition Project Management
• Lead concept development, cost planning, and project execution.
• Work with designers to create event concepts aligned with client needs.
• Negotiate contracts & budgets with clients to maximize profitability.
• Oversee event setup, branding alignment, and execution on-site.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Financial & Sales Management
• Prepare quotations, cost sheets, and revenue reports for each project.
• Manage event budgeting, cost control, and sales revenue growth.
• Develop pricing strategies and ensure projects meet financial targets.

- Leadership & Team Coordination
• Supervise project executives in preparing client presentations, quotations, job cards, and post-show reports.
• Conduct team meetings to address operational challenges and client needs.
• Train and mentor junior account executives.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fine Arts, Economics, Communication Arts, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in Event Marketing, Exhibitions, or Product Promotion.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects & clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Excellent command of English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must own personal car and driving license
