Report to Manager

• Responsible for taking care of customer needs, orders, and communicating and promoting company products and services to customers in each group under responsibility.
• Approach new registration customers, non-active customers via telemarketing, LINE, and email
• Web activity follows up with customers in order to get orders.
• Maintains good customer relationships to get a strong rapport and provide them with the service, transaction, and product knowledge
• Immediately take care of all serious issues and problems
• Corporate with related teams to solve customer problems and improve service.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Be committed and consistent to achieving the goals
- English is intermediate level.
