- Plan and Implement Sales Strategies Aligned with Company Goals: Analyze market and competitors to develop approaches to increase sales. (30%)
- Manage and Lead the Sales Team: Recruit, train, and develop the sales team to be effective, set goals (KPIs), and monitor team performance. (20%)
- Client Management and Business Relationship Building: Maintain existing customer base and develop new customer groups. Resolve customer issues and complaints to increase satisfaction. (15%)
- Control Budget and Analyze Sales Data: Manage sales budget for maximum efficiency (ROI, CPA). Analyze sales trends and create sales forecasts. (15%)
- Manage Sales Channels (Online & Offline): Develop sales channels such as Shopee, Lazada, Social Commerce, and distributors. Plan promotions and campaigns to stimulate sales. (10%)
- Negotiation and Closing Skills: Negotiate with clients and business partners to create the best deals. Develop closing strategies to increase sales. (5%)
- Effectively Manage the Sales Team and Collaborate with Other Departments: Work with marketing, accounting, and production departments. Make decisions to solve problems and adjust strategies to match market conditions. (5%)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position in sales (online/ offline)
- Good Command in English
- Experience selling home appliances is a big advantage.
